Area Requirements
PLEASE READ REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY. THE LEVEL OF OUR SHOW DEPENDS ON IT.
|
Although ramp shows are less dependant on the surface the show is done on than flatland
shows it is important that the area meet the following guidelines as close as you can.
The space requirements are:
Approximately 100' X 60'
That is free of garbage or any other debris that could cause issues. In order for us to be on
schedule with all shows we prefer that The area be cleaned prior to our arrival. If you can't get
The area cleaned please let us know ahead of time so we can make arrangements to be able
to clean the area ourselves. This area should also be fairly flat and level but we can work with
some of the most adverse conditions as long as we are notified prior to The show. The
quality of the show depends on the surface we ride on. Refer to the photos for examples of
good and bad surfaces as well as solutions available for your particular situation.
Approximately 30' X 30'
Because we use riders who do the latest style of pumping and spinning for our flatland shows
they count on a better surface than a ramp show. One advantage of the flatland show is they
can be done indoors or outdoors in a space as small as 20' X 15' in the case of bad weather
or if a larger area is not available. The space should be flat and free of debris such as dirt,
dust, rocks, gravel, bark, sand, leaves garbage or any other debris that could cause issues. In
order for us to be on schedule with all of our shows we prefer that the area be cleaned prior to
our arrival. If you can't get the area cleaned please let us know ahead of time so we can make
arrangements to be able to clean the area ourselves. This area should also be fairly flat and

prior to The show. The quality of the show depends on the surface we ride on. Refer to the

particular situation.
No matter what the surface or situation we can come up with a solution. It all depends on
your budget as to what we can do for you. Most situations are acceptable but sometimes
we do need to do things to make things work in extreme circumstances. Don't forget that
the total length and quality of our show is dependant on the area we ride on.

WHAT WE WILL NEED TO DO OUR PERFORMANCE
|
IN SOME CASES RENTING OR USING A DANCE FLOOR CAN MAKE YOUR SHOW A BIGGER SUCCESS WITH LITTLE OR NO EXTRA EFFORT OR COST.
|
WE CAN PROVIDE A SYSTEM OF PLYWOOD FOR UNACCEPTABLE SURFACES WITH ONLY A MINIMAL ADDITIONAL COST.
|
HERE IS A SIMPLE PLYWOOD SYSTEM THAT WE CAN PROVIDE WITH MINIMAL EXTRA COST

This area has many bumps and the
ground is very uneven. A good rule
of thumb is if you don't want to roller
skate on it you shouldn't do a
flatland show on it. This would be
OK for a ramp show without
modification.
Although it is very hard to see this
area has many bumps and the
ground is very uneven and has very
high undulations. This would not be
OK for a ramp only show.
This area is a flat dirt surface and
might be OK for a ramp show if the
dirt is compacted enough. Definitely
not an area for a flatland show
without modification.
This area is not good without
modification. A simple area of
plywood can make even this area a
perfect surface for a BMX stunt show
This surface is excellent to do a
show on and both a flatland and
ramp show can be done without
any damage to the flooring
Carpeting is not a good surface to
do a show on. It is easily damaged
and grips the tires too much to do a
flatland show on. Plywood would
be a good solution if this is the only
area available.
ACCEPTABLE AREA FOR INDOOR FLATLAND SHOW
|
This area is a good area size to do a flatland show on. Just move the tables and
chairs out of the way and use the tiled area which is approximately 15' X 25'. A
flatland show can be done in less area but this is a good safe usable area to use.
Always remember that the area you provide us to do our performance will make the
show better if you work with us to give us the best possible area to use.
Flat linoleum is an excellent surface to do
a flatland or ramp show and with a little
preparation we can do a show on this
surface without any risk of damage to the
surface.
Tile flooring that uses smaller tiles with
larger gaps will cause some issues but
can be used if the tile has been properly
set fairly level. In a worst case scenario
plywood can be laid down to make the
show 100%
